Cancellation Policy
Standard Orders:
You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched.
Customized Orders:
Orders for customized or personalized calendars cannot be cancelled once printing has started.
Refund for Cancelled Orders:
If your cancellation is eligible, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Policy
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Items Not Eligible for Return:
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized calendars
- Personalized printed products
- Bulk custom orders
- Products that are used or damaged after delivery
How to Request a Return:
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and share clear photos or videos of the issue for verification.

If the mistake is from our side, the return shipping charges will be borne by us.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the same payment method used while placing the order.
